Iass membership application

All LBPSB Support staff have the right to have representation from their union(IASS). 

To be a voting member of the IASS, and have the right to attend the AGM, you must be a signed member of the IASS.

Download and print the application. Complete the form and send it by internal mail to the IASS office.
