Leaves of Absence Requests for the 2018-2019 School Year
Leaves of Absence

In an effort to adequately staff our schools and administrative offices, you are asked to advise Human Resources in writing, before Friday, April 6, 2018 of your request for a full-time or part-time leave of absence for the upcoming school year (2018-2019).

Your written request should be addressed to Ms. Martine St-Pierre, Coordinator, Department of Human Resources, with a copy to your Principal/Director.

In your letter please indicate the reason for your request, start date and end date of the leave, and, if requesting a part-time leave of absence, the number of hours per week on leave.

All requests received by Human Resources after April 6, 2018 will be considered and granted on an individual basis, taking in considerations the needs of the schools/center/administrative office.
